KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the strategic direction and business growth of the Business Unit in alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive business plans, setting clear targets for revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Monitor P&L performance, identify financial levers, and implement actions to optimize profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities; define growth models and develop go-to-market strategies to scale offerings.
- Build and maintain high-impact partnerships with key clients, strategic partners, vendors, and distribution networks.
- Mitigate risks and resolve strategic and operational issues to ensure project and business continuity.
- Champion a performance-driven culture; lead, mentor, and develop the BU team toward high ownership and innovation.
- Serve as a key business advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on business development, operational excellence, and long-term planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in project management and 2 years in business/product unit management.
- Preferred candidates have experience in project delivery and business management within Fintech, electronic payment, or banking sectors, with a solid understanding of digital financial products and services.
- Proven track record in P&L management, growth strategies, and market expansion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- International project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, etc.) are a strong plus.
