Product Owner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Product Owner of Cross-border Money Transfer’s service and other key service products of the company (if any).
  • Product Development and Management: Responsible for the entire product lifecycle — from market research, user needs analysis, and requirement building to development coordination, operational supervision, and continuous improvement. Define the product vision and establish medium-to-long-term roadmaps aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Requirements Management & Business Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from users, the market, and internal departments (Business, Marketing, LiveOps, Tech, etc.); create product documentation (PRD, specifications, wireframes, user flows, etc.) and work closely with the Development team for implementation.
  • Product Development Coordination: Collaborate with developers, design, and QA teams to ensure the product is developed according to requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Act as the focal point for progress tracking, UAT organization, and ensuring the product is ready for go-live.
  • Performance Tracking & Product Improvement: Establish and monitor key product metrics; propose improvements based on real data, feedback, and market changes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Communication: Serve as the key liaison between departments (Business, Marketing, LiveOps, Compliance, Risk, etc.) for product operations, promotion, and growth. 
  • Reporting & Decision-Making: Authorized to propose, decide, and coordinate roadmap priorities, features, and release sequencing within the approved scope.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in roles related to product ownership, technical business analysis, or software production with domain: banking, fintech, or international payment/remittance
  • Strong understanding of FX, settlement, and regulatory frameworks (AML, KYC, Transfer Rule), API integration, payment infrastructure
  • Proficient in documentation, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills, A strong business mindset, strong execution ability
  • Data-driven, with the ability to utilize raw data, data charts/dashboards, and tools to gain accurate insights.
  • Passionate about products and understanding customer needs.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to face new challenges and learn quickly.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Languages: Native Vietnamese, fluent English.
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus
