KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, engage, and develop partnerships with banks, financial institutions, technology companies, e-wallets, payment gateways, and other strategic partners to expand 9Pay’s payment ecosystem and service offerings.
• Drive partnership initiatives to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and cross-product collaboration through the partner network.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate partnership terms, and support contract execution with external partners.
• Manage partner relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to support partner onboarding, integration, and implementation.
• Monitor partnership performance through key business metrics and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes and partner engagement.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends in fintech, digital payments, financial services, and cross-border payments to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners, and represent 9Pay at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Partnership Development, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Strategic Alliances, preferably within Fintech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or Technology.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of the fintech ecosystem, digital payments, banking, and financial technology trends.
• Experience working with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), e-wallets, e-commerce platforms, or channel partners is a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
