RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Ownership & Roadmap
- Act as Product Owner for assigned Fintech products of the Company.
- Define product vision, scope, and manage medium- to long-term product roadmaps aligned with the Company’s overall strategy.
Product Development & Requirements Management
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including market research, user needs analysis, requirement definition, development, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Gather, analyze, and standardize requirements from the market and internal stakeholders (Business, Marketing, LiveOps, Risk, Compliance, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, specifications, user flows, and wireframes (when required).
Cross-functional Coordination & Delivery
- Work closely with Technology, Design, and QA teams throughout the product development process.
- Track progress, manage backlogs, organize UAT, and coordinate product go-live.
- Ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and scope are met as planned.
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor key product performance metrics (KPIs).
- Analyze data, user feedback, and market signals to propose ongoing product improvements.
Compliance, Operations & Communication
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products comply with relevant regulations (e.g., AML/KYC, payment operations, risk management).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related communication across stakeholders.
- Propose and coordinate decisions on roadmap priorities, features, and release plans within the approved scope.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in product-related roles within Fintech, Banking, or Payment.
- Solid understanding of financial and payment products, transaction flows, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong business analysis, product documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Business-oriented and data-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to quality and detail.
- Languages: Native Vietnamese; fluent working English.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or technical knowledge is a plus.
