RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Professional Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all legal matters of the Company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and proactively managing legal risks; provide legal advice to the Board of Management and relevant departments.
- Manage contracts and legal documentation: draft, review, negotiate, and standardize contracts and legal documents (including bilingual), ensuring legal validity and risk control.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in fintech operations, including payment services, KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, data protection, and e-commerce; act as key liaison with regulatory authorities and monitor legal updates.
- Provide legal advisory for products and transactions, including payment gateway, e-wallet, and partnerships; ensure compliant product structures and transaction models.
- Handle disputes and legal issues, including customer complaints, partner disputes, and regulatory matters; coordinate with internal teams and external parties as needed.
- Establish legal processes and risk control mechanisms, ensuring proper documentation, governance, and proactive risk mitigation across the Company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Management.
b. Management Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Legal team, including task allocation, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement legal policies, procedures, and internal guidelines to strengthen compliance and risk control.
- Manage departmental resources (budget, assets, workforce) in alignment with Company strategy.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or equivalent legal role.
- At least 2 years of experience in fintech, banking, payment intermediaries, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and financial/payment regulations.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
- Strong legal analysis, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, especially in legal documentation.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; high integrity and accountability.

Office location: Tay Ha Building, 19 To Huu Street, Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi
Working hours: Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00); 2–3 Saturday mornings on an alternating basis (remote work).
