Product Manager

Job Description:

  • Gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and needs to develop features and products that align with demand.
  • Define and guide product strategy, prioritize new features, and create a product roadmap.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch improvements.
  • Work closely with teams across engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure product success and enhance user experience.
  • Track product performance metrics, collect user feedback, and make data-driven improvements to enhance product value.
  • Develop strategies to reach potential customers and expand the market, including effective sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and seek new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Train the sales team on product knowledge, ensuring they understand features and product value to sell more effectively.
  • Monitor sales performance, make adjustments as needed to achieve revenue goals, and maximize profit.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the product development team, conveying valuable market feedback for product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in building personal and business account management systems, as well as managing cash flow for e-wallets. Experience in developing e-commerce products is a plus.
  • Proactive, sharp, with strong critical thinking skills.

  • Able to view products from a business perspective, anticipate trends, and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Experience in data-driven product development.
  • Proactively creative in product development and efficiency management.
  • Ability to research and analyze the market and users to propose Fintech-related services.
  • Monitor sales performance, make adjustments as needed to achieve revenue goals, and maximize profit.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
