Job Description
eKYC Service Operations Management
- Monitor system performance metrics to ensure stable product operation.
- Quickly address issues to prevent service disruptions.
- Analyze user feedback and operational data to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work with various departments such as Technology, Legal, Risk Management, and Data to enhance user experience and automate operational processes.
Sales and Profitability Planning
- Develop sales plans and ensure sales targets and overall profit budgets are achieved.
- Ensure the best customer service quality in line with the requirements of the brand and the company.
- Manage product distribution channels.
- Oversee inventory management and product turnover.
Reconciliation and Payment Activities
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in payment reconciliation processes.
Operational Budget Review and Optimization
- Regularly review and optimize the operational budget.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with subordinates and support teams to maintain the company’s product image.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 5 years in operations or directly related industries/functions.
Skills:
- Change management mindset and customer service orientation.
- Experience and knowledge of various products and operational processes in Fintech/banking services.
- Strong attention to detail and resilience to deliver results in a high-demand environment.
Language: Proficiency in English.
