What you will do:
1. LiveOps Product Management:
- LiveOps Cycle Management: Coordinate real-time liveops activities, including event scheduling, feature releases, and updates to continuously engage users and increase interaction.
- System Performance Monitoring: Track system performance metrics to ensure stable product operation, quickly addressing issues to avoid service disruptions.
- Enhancement and Optimization: Analyze user feedback and operational data to optimize liveops events, ensuring maximum value and sustained user interest.
2. Inventory and Resource Management:
- Resource Allocation and Coordination: Plan and manage inventory (both physical and digital) to meet user demand, ensuring resources are available on time for liveops events.
- Inventory Cost Control: Manage the budget and control storage costs, coordinating with other departments to optimize inventory flow and reduce waste.
- Inventory Tracking: Use inventory management tools to monitor and report stock levels, maintaining adequate availability for liveops campaigns and user demand.
3. Growth Management:
- Growth Strategy Development: Propose and implement growth strategies based on user data and market analysis, aiming to increase new user acquisition and retain current users.
- User Journey Optimization: Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance user experience across different channels, from acquisition to conversion.
- Experimentation and Measurement: Conduct A/B tests to identify improvement areas in growth strategies, refining approaches based on measured outcomes.
4. KPI Tracking for Sales/Growth:
- KPI Setup and Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, user growth, retention, and conversion. Ensure these KPIs are regularly tracked and updated.
- KPI Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical tools to track and evaluate project KPIs. Provide periodic reports to stakeholders and make improvement suggestions as needed.
- Forecasting and Adjustment: Based on KPI data, predict growth trends and propose timely adjustments to ensure operational and business objectives are met.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 05 years’ experience, prefer candidate working in finance-banking industry
- Project Management Skills: Ability to effectively plan and manage projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain timelines using tools like Jira, Asana, and Trello.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker, or BI tools to assess liveops, inventory, and growth strategy effectiveness.
- Financial and Budgeting Skills: Track costs and manage budgets to optimize expenditure on liveops and growth activities.
- Communication and Coordination Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Product and User Insight: Ability to analyze user behavior and adjust growth and liveops strategies based on this understanding.
