JOB DESCRIPTION
- Communicate and analyze with stakeholders to clearly define the business requirements of each user segment. Implement requirements but ensure that it is suitable and reasonable to meet user needs;
- Collaborate with other internal teams to convey and/or address issues related to product development.
- Successfully convert business strategies into specific objectives/tasks and roadmap, aligning the organization’s efforts with other stakeholders;
- Deploy new initiatives/solutions, implement usage initiatives targeting current and new merchant segments/merchant behavior in market trends to execute the business strategy;
- Manage resources, prioritize to ensure that all requirements are supported efficiently in terms of cost, on time, with a high level of user satisfaction.
- Define the scope and prioritize development activities based on the system, available resources, business goals, and end-user impact.
- Coordinate closely with the development team (programming, QA, design) and stakeholders in the Agile process, ensuring that features are being deployed to meet business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in roles related to product ownership, technical business analysis, or software production.
- Proficient in documentation, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong business mindset, strong execution ability
- Data-driven, with the ability to utilize raw data, data charts/dashboards, and tools to gain accurate insights.
- Passionate about products and understanding customer needs.
- Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to face new challenges and learn quickly.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
