On September 7th, at the Royal College of Music in London, a concert commemorating the 50th anniversary of official diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United Kingdom will take place.
Prior to this special occasion, 9Pay proudly became the official sponsor of the concert commemorating the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-UK diplomatic relations, which is scheduled to be held at the Royal College of Music in London on the evening of September 7th. The program is organized by Vietnam UK-Network, an organization engaged in cultural, educational, and charitable event management, as well as support for activities connecting the Vietnamese community with foreign residents in the UK.
The concert will be attended by representatives from the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK, high-ranking officials from the United Kingdom, both local and international organizations, and renowned international artists.
This concert marks the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-UK diplomatic relations with a grand-scale international music concert. Seven internationally renowned artists will present a stunning program of classical and Vietnamese works. The program not only celebrates the enduring diplomatic relationship between the two countries over the past five decades but also supports and contributes to the initiatives of three charitable organizations in Vietnam:
The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation - https://www.cncf.org/
Facing the World - https://www.facingtheworld.net/
Saigon Children’s Charity - https://www.saigonchildren.com/
These organizations regularly undertake charitable projects in Vietnam and other countries, focusing on the care and support of children and families in difficult circumstances. They also sponsor treatment for Vietnamese children with facial deformities and ensure access to quality education programs.
Viet Nam Ambassador to the UK, His Excellency Nguyen Hoang Long, said, “I would like to congratulate the Viet Nam-UK Network for their great effort in organizing this wonderful event. It is an excellent way to mark two significant milestones, a half century of Viet Nam-UK diplomatic relations and the 10th Anniversary of the Network. I am very proud that the Viet Nam-UK strategic partnership is at its warmest ever, in which cultural and people-to-people linkages with the support of the Viet Nam-UK Network are key components.”
This event is not only a celebration of the cooperation between the two nations but also a chance to demonstrate corporate social responsibility. 9Pay's participation is a significant part of their fifth-anniversary celebration and development journey. Besides providing comprehensive payment solutions for businesses at home and abroad, 9Pay hopes to make a positive contribution to societal development and diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United Kingdom.
Emphasizing the purpose of the concert, 9Pay representatives believe that this program holds immense value in building and strengthening human connections, particularly during a time when Vietnam faces various challenges in economic development and social well-being. Every form of support, whether big or small, can aid in assisting millions of children and families facing exceptionally difficult circumstances. This responsibility is integral to 9Pay's commitment to improving community quality of life.
The global community's interest and contributions to the 50th-anniversary music concert celebrating Vietnam-UK relations will have a positive impact on the charitable activities of these three organizations. Event sponsorships, such as this concert, provide additional resources to support projects benefiting children throughout Vietnam.
It is hoped that 9Pay's participation, alongside other businesses, will contribute to the success of the event and foster strong connections within the community.
