The award ceremony, organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), took place in Hanoi on May 28, 2026, bringing together leading technology companies, experts, and organizations in the digital transformation sector.

This year, the Sao Khue Awards evaluated nominees across eight technology categories and 32 specialized sectors. In the Digital Economy and Digital Transactions category, solutions were required to undergo three independent evaluation rounds with rigorous criteria focusing on technological capability, data security, operational scalability, and practical business impact.

Particularly in the fintech sector, the judging process emphasized real-time transaction processing capabilities, system continuity under traffic surges, risk management mechanisms, traceability and reconciliation capabilities, compliance with international security standards, and operational automation.

9Pay’s All-in-one Payment Solution was developed to address fragmentation in enterprise payment operations and cash flow management. The platform integrates payment gateway, collection, disbursement, and reconciliation services into a single ecosystem, enabling businesses to manage the entire transaction lifecycle seamlessly.

The platform supports a wide range of payment methods, including QR Code payments, bank transfers, domestic cards, international cards, e-wallets, and other online payment methods. In addition, the system enables enterprises to automate real-time collection, disbursement, and reconciliation processes, helping optimize operational efficiency and cash flow management.

According to 9Pay, the solution currently serves hundreds of thousands of businesses and merchants across sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, tourism, education, and digital services, processing millions of transactions each month with a success rate of 99.95%.

To ensure scalability and uninterrupted operations, the platform is built on a microservices architecture, API-first design, and modern cloud infrastructure. The system is capable of processing more than 5,000 transactions per second (TPS), supports auto-scaling based on real-time traffic demand, and operates 24/7.

One of the platform’s standout features is its Smart Routing mechanism, which automatically reroutes transactions between banks and payment channels during service interruptions, helping maintain the highest possible transaction success rate. In addition, real-time reconciliation and webhook-based transaction synchronization significantly reduce manual processing workloads for businesses.

In terms of security and compliance, the platform meets international standards such as PCI DSS Level 1 and ISO 27001:2022, while complying with regulations set by the State Bank of Vietnam regarding intermediary payment services and user data protection.

According to 9Pay, the platform processed more than 240 million successful transactions in 2025, connected across more than 13 countries, served approximately 1,000 international enterprises and over 70,000 merchants. This operational scale enabled 9Pay to contribute VND 43.2 billion to the state budget in 2025, representing a 130% year-on-year increase.
